Advent season in the courtyard 2011
On November 24, 2011, we invited you to spend a cosy evening and celebrate the beginning of advent season in the courtyard of Neue Wiener Werkstaette – Graz. We were pleased to welcome about 190 guests, who enjoyed hot punch and tea by Hornig as well as homemade treats and a worthwhile programme. Katharina Gross (cello) & Christian Berg (contrabass) provided musical entertainment and Stefan Delago was reading amusing short stories.
Part of the evening was dedicated to Tageswerkstätte Stephanus, a social enterprise caring for adolescents and adults with disabilities. Staff members of Stephanus provided insights into the art of candle dipping and the Neue Wiener Werkstaette encouraged people to donate money to the non-profit society.
The donation-total of 428,- Euro was raised by 1000,- Euro by the Neue Wiener Werkstaette and passed on to the social enterprise Stephanus.
We were pleased by the numerous positive responses and wish you a fabulous Christmas season!
